How we achieve results ?

Strength and Cardio
We will build the foundations of bodyweight strength and cardio and then take them further and unlock all the skills you've wished for.
We will use a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises.

Mobility and Flexibility
The amount of range of motion desired is different and unique to everybody but we should all feel comfortable and pain free in our bodies. Mobility can aid your strength training, improve how you feel and help you unlock more skills.

Breathwork
Your breath can help you achieve a lot more than you think! With the strength, mobility and cardio, using your breath correctly can lead to much better results. On top of this, breathwork can help you de-stress, centre in and so much more.

Nutrition
Your final pillar to success. With a focus on whole, healthy foods, we will improve your daily habits and fuel your body the right way and the most suitable for you.

Aleks is one of those rare PTs who strikes the perfect balance between being your friend & cheerleader, and being someone who pushes & inspires you too. She creates personalised plans, and always adapts & listens to me - she’s given me that confidence to be able to walk into the gym and know exactly what to do to train each muscle group (which, as someone who generally used to lack confidence, is a huge deal). It’s also helped me in ways I didn’t realise, like improving my cardio when running and even my balance when dancing. Everyone around me has noticed the difference in my fitness and form!
